Dam Square Cam - WTF - Ghost Cones?!

Does anyone else pop onto this cam when they're away from Amsterdam and need a fix?
I do, often.
I noticed it's been moved to a new position.
Has anyone else noticed that when the cam pans north and views the Damrak, that there appear 'ghost cones'. I only see them in this view and no others.
Odd.
Any theory's?

You're right the cam has moved! Like you I pop the cam now and again for an Amsterdam refresher. New Year's Eve is special.
My theory on the 'ghost cones' is that they are reflections in your mirror.
It's always best to view Amsterdam with a little cannabis.
