Missouri passes MMJ via Constitutional Amendment

There were three on the ballot. The most sensible measure passed.

Amendment 2 allows for a reasonable amount to be maintained with the caregiver scheme, allows card holders to grow 4 plants, and is taxed at 4% with
benefits aimed at veterans.

Here is a good analysis of the three measures. The third actually attempted to get the sponsor’s business codified into the amendment. It was soundly defeated.
