Is there still a tourist ban in the south/

Been to the Netherlands over 50 times but last time was in 2016. I'm planning a trip later this year and was wondering what the situation is now. I know Noord/Zuid Holland are still ok for tourists to buy but I was wondering if anything has changed in Noord Brabant and Zeeland.

Any info would be great. My first stop used to be High life in Goes, Zeeland then when the wietpass came in it was De Vrolijke Gaper in Gorinchem.

Cheers.

In Zeeland the Wiepas is still active :? I also visited the High Life in Goes and the other one on the market I think it was called Coffeeshop Aarden a few times in the past. Zeeland is a nice area but to me it looked like most residents are pretty conservative over there so not much love for the coffeeshops  :?

Phoned High life in Goes and they are still not permitted to serve tourists.
That puts 50 miles on my drive before the first smoke.
