The boat is booked so that's fixed. I'd like to confirm the slots for Ballonnetje and Stud with the shops soon. If they're happy with whatever we decide then we can arrange everything else around them.

All looks good to me, a nice schedule we have built up there for the week with a nice group of people coming into town

The only thing I will most probably not join in with is the Zaandam visit, I'm not overly worried about the legal weed at present.

You know if the weather is nice, a quick trip to Zandvoort before we go to De Kade on the 18th would be nice if anyone is up for it. Meet at Siberia for a quick session, then Leave around 10:45-11-:00 and get back by 1:30 to hook up with other ACD’ers that are going to De Kade at 2:00
This would give us more time in Haarlem to explore on the 22nd.

I wish my flight and arrival was 17th it sounds like y'all are gonna have some good fun in Utrecht and id absolutely like to join. Should this be able to be moved around so myself and any others that can join shout. If not there's always another time, I was a bit late to the plans, as well so I get it

A schedule is starting to emerge then, so that's good.
It seems nobody liked the idea of going to Ballonnetje or Stud on the 20th and/or moving the boat.
The consensus so far seems to be 18th Utrecht, 19th Ballonnetje, 20th boat, 21st Stud.
I guess that means Haarlem/Zandvoort on 22nd.

Regarding times, everyone who knows me (or Igraine for that matter) knows that we're not likely to be on a train at 10.30 in the morning! That's not a problem, though. In this world of modern communications, we can catch up with you in Utrecht. Maybe we can lead any other stragglers in a second wave around 1pm-ish.

Everyone happy with what's been suggested so far? If so, I can check with Ballonnetje and Stud that they're happy with the proposals.

My flight is scheduled to arrive schiphol at ~1210 on the 18th I could likely drop my bag in a locker or whatever at central station or something and try to hop on a train. That's gonna require quite a bit of work on my end. But if I'm able to make it happen or coordinate with anyone let me know id love to see some new sights!

@Kushola, if your bags are lite, meet us at Zandvoort first before going into town. Save you the hassle of going into Amsterdam then back out to Zandvoort. Just a thought. Also do you have WhatsApp? That's what we use to communicate with each while in town. If not, ask Lemming, he will give you an invite. See you soon.
