Extracts are allowed now?

I’m sorry if I don’t know or aren’t hip to it, but my last trip in 2019 extracts or “extras” as the peeps over there were calling it was strictly forbidden. Has things changed since then? Can I buy vape pens and dabs over there now or is it still frowned upon? I guess I can figure it out while I’m there next month, but that’s why I’m here to get all the info I can. TIA…

as I understand it, it's just products that have been extracted via "natural" methods, ie without any solvents etc. So waterhash, rosin etc yes, BHO no.
Some places sell dab pens, they are like single use rosin vapes. I don't think I saw any in A'dam but I did in Haarlem.
