Strong Sativas..?

I'm a medicinal toker and generally sativas tend to work better than indicas as far as pain relief goes. I'm going on an Amsterdam trip in late October - early November and was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for strong sativa varieties and where to find them.

Any help greatly appreciated, cheers.

I think you'll find any weed with Haze in it's name to be a very strong Sativa dominant smoke. There must be five to ten of them available at any one time.

The strongest sativa i tried from my last trip was the Haze x G13 from Stix @ €10.50 a gram

Cheers - I remember the Silver Haze on my last trip was a good choice. The taste was good and the pain relief was excellent.

I'll most definitely be trying the Haze X G13 - if I remember correctly G13 was the stuff Kevin Spacey was blazin in 'American Beauty?!'

Are there any coffeeshops that specialise in Sativas or that have an especially large selection on their menu?

Yep G13 was in American Beauty.

If i recall correctly Dampkring and Tweede Kamer (same owner = same menu) have a vast selection including several choice sativas.

Hey,
The strongest strain that I smoked in Amsterdam was Blue Haze from Homgrown Fantasy. It was a great smoke, and I got really high.

Cheers, sounds good - I'll be adding it to the long list of strains I got to try.

Can't go wrong with a good haze ...

I have the same problems when in Amsterdam, I use to check 10+ coffeeshops to find out the right grass that suit my needs. For medicinal use I explore the world of Jamaican, Columbian and Thai strains, when I need a hard kick I coose some Haze variety. When you return from Amsterdam please post here what was good for you. Thanks.

while I was in the Dam over the summer, I thought the best selections of Sativas I came across was at Katsu. I can't remember the names anymore but they had quite a few outdoor Northen Lights hybrids that were quite potent and they had an excellent strain called Super Silver Haze, I believe.

In addition to Amnesia Haze, Barney's had a really nice Hawaiian Haze that I was drawn to.

Geia sou sympatrioti!

I remember the Hawaiian Haze from my last trip, one of the nicest Sativas I have ever come across.

I'll definitely be checking Katsu out though, heard good things.

Cheers.
