low light

Sorry to make many forums but I am exited to grow and go to amsterdam. My frend was growing his plants with tv light. Is this ok? I want to grow easy plants with not so much light and smell. My nebors are not such good people. I read some orange smell plants are good but maybe need much light?

sort a cupboard out or a small room & get a stealth grow on.
you'll not grow very much from a tv light but get a cfl lighting system,very cheap & a carbon scrubber (gets rid of the smell of your weed) & you'll get a decent grow for your time
