I'm not sure if anyone has asked this before on here.

I've personally had NYCD on a couple of occasions and is acutually one of my fave smokes in Dam. But Sour Diesel wasn't about last time I was there.

Which one is better, tastewise & potency wise or are they very much similar??

We had a little discussion of this here: https://www.coffeeshopdirect.com/forum/viewt ... ht=chemdog
I just picked up some Chem/dawg this morning. Let me tell you this shit smells just like fuel. Fuel you say? Fuck yes, and it smells great! I have a feeling this one is gonna lay me out in a nice indica way. Anyhoo, never had the NY Diesel, which is Soma's creation. I've had the Sour Diesel from Rokerij. Smell is great, taste is lacking, but the stone is very nice. An excellent combo of sativa and indica. This is part of my research project now; tracing the diesel lineage. Tough work, but someone's gotta do it. 8) You should be able to pick up Sour D at GA, Betty Boop and Rokerij if my recollection of the menus serves me right.

tried the NY Diesel from Dampkring which is a great value at only 8,5€/g.....nice citrus taste and smell, nice high......also tried the Sour Diesel from Blues Brothers which was exactly the same.....no idea if it really was sour diesel or they just named it

rokerij sour diesel was one of my favourite strains form last trip.

mainly beacuse of the flavour/smell in the bag.

havnt had NYC deisel for years, but both of these are on my list for novmeber, so i can do my own comparison.

Sour Diesel is a very popular strain in Calfornia right now, i believe. Certainly the example i smoked from there recently was very tasty.

Available in quite a few place in Amsterdam at the moment. Not the strongest sativa bit a nice clear high with a strong hint of kush in the taste.

Doog!

Damn that Chem/Dawg is potent stuff. Very potent indica with a buzz similar to the Hindu Kush I tried last spring. Never seen it in the Dam, yet...

Hi geoff LTNS! Hope all is well with you and yours, my friend.

I go for the NYCD every time, but I love the smell of all of the diesels. Just seems that NYCD is a bit stronger in the smell and flavor to me...

Not the same taste at all. The sour diesel has this sour taste as you can sometimes find in other weeds like Pur Sang, i've also had very soury Lavender at Katsu in the past. You gotta like that sour taste which is quite strong. I personally don't like it.

I know there are other weeds that also have the sour characteristic but don't really remember... Isn't cannelope a "sour" strain too? Can anyone help?
