I want to buy good quality a bong - but can't afford a ROOR as they are ridiculously expensive... anyone know of any cheaper, yet still quality alternatives?

Sir Niall - That site is a good site, been there before... I want one which is as close to a ROOR's craftmanship as possible - but having looked on the site I think £75.00 for a ROOR bong blue 500 is just about affordable - Not parting with any cash yet though, I want more advice... if i can get something similar for a better price would be awesome...
Twitchaldinho - That is a piece of work mate... Nice looker, how she handle?
Jeez - Now that's what I'm talking about... Real feckin' advice!
Thanks for that brutally honest statement Twitchaldinho - You ROCK mate... So, in your educated opinion, what's my best bet? I wanna go glass - not acrylic, but what should I be looking for?
You want Glass on glass, which I think means every part of the bong is glass, the Bowl, downstem, the lot.
You also want the glass to be thick, thats the thing with Roors, to get anything thick, you have to spend big £££'s.
Surely there are some good headshops in The big smoke which have a good selection of bongs, go in and have a nosey, you may find just what you want.
Im gunna take a picture of my bong tonight so you fellas can see what a real tube is supposed to look like cant beat California made glass, ill try and post pictures tonight of my newest bong I bought friday that I call "Beetle-Juice".

Looking forward to it, however, if it cost alot of money, I'll probably just chuckle, then hit my £35 number till I become incoherent.
Peace.
It cost some money, certainly not 35 euros cheap, it was 350$ Brand new but obviously my boy Eric at Good Times Gallery gave it to me for 250$ you will see why it is moderately expensive, ill get the pictures up in 2 hours, busy with schoolwork atm
And now I present Beetle-Juice made by Good Times Glass West Coast Syndicate, purchased in Burlington, Vermont at Good Times Glass East, this is my new bong, it has a 7 perculated inline diffusion system with a single normal style perc on the tube and a splash guard as well, both perculator and splash guard are topped with a design and it is also an ice-catcher which is very enjoyable with nice milked hits!
Beetle Juice:
the Slide
Perculator & Splash Guard
Front View:
For that price, I could go to Amsterdam, Buy a gram of East Coast Sour Diesel from Grey Area, and smoke it up in one of thier bongs free of charge.
Or
I could buy an ounce of fine herb from my friend, smoke it all in my £35 pound bong, then spend the leftover cash on a deep pan pizza
But it is a nice piece of glass, you should be proud.
I figure that if the bong enhances your smoking experience, which mine certainly does especially with the Perculation then why not not get it, if your smoking a lot of herb you mine as well have at least one beautiful piece of glass to smoke with, I have alot more glass though, ill post some more pics tonight/tomorrow of my other gear.
