For a very long time, I've been wondering why (and annoyed by the fact that) the emailed reviews on the front page aren't sorted by received date. As it is, you have to go through every emailed review in order to find the new ones.

You've probably already heard it on the news, but the new German government coalition has agreed on legalising cannabis for personal consumption in licensed shops. The coalition parties have apparently agreed on a four year trial period after which the policy and it's outcomes will be evaluated. See...

So, according this article, in just two weeks Malta is legalising for personal production and use, and allowing for cannabis associations to be set up:

Visited Maxcy's a couple of times with friends in the second half of the 00's, before the introduction of the Wietpas. Nice place with a pleasant atmosphere. The first visit was very relaxed (and exciting). Later, along the introduction of a doorman checking IDs, the atmosphere seemed less so. Bough...
