voted "liked" but almost didn't

Mostly positive experiences here with the gear...but not this year :x Equatorial Sativa was over-priced and probably "keifed"...As primarily a haze-lover, the gear lacked...big-time...no expansiveness, weak, unnoticeable "high". The American tender was quite busy and friendly but had his scale out of view...o.k. bag...but still.

Too much hype on this place, and with this last experience...will probably "pass" on my next opportunity :x

Thanks boner! & the Ak-47 looks packed with crystals,I will keep an eye out for that in case the Golden Soles is sold out.

Whether big or not doesn't matter to me...effect was weak...probably kiefed or grown poorly...worth only half what I paid. Was looking to see if the hype was real...wasn't. You are probably right on the Bluebird's gear 8)

I more meant big buds as in high yield. As it yields low, the price is high

Big Groan, no equitorial left at GA - or at Bluebird

Post by templeball »

Very disapointed as of last week   both Bluebird and Grey Area are now out of Quaze and the equitorial for some time, neither expected anymore for a few weeks...leaving me with never having tried it and got to wait months for the next opportunity. The Golden Soles was a great consolation, and is a top top hash, which at 14 e/g it should be. The exact same hash is also sold as 'Size 7 1/ inches' at Mellow Yellow too if anyone is over that way and wants some (same price, just no annoying kids kids in a queue to deal with). Loved the Chocolope also, knocked my socks off actually and had to go home for a rest straight away!

Well i managed to catch the place when it wasn't busy on wednesday while on my way to Amnesia. I only stopped off quickly to buy something and after looking at the sour-lope, LA Confidential and Silver Bubble i went for a gr of the Silver Bubble which smelt loverly and was dripping crystals.

If you can find Amnesia Coffeeshop, then Grey Area will be the next turning of the left, and its on the left, a little shop with stickers and holograms everwhere.

I always go to Grey Area from Dampkring II, cut down the sidestreet by Popeyes, over the canal, and keep walking until you pass Amnesia coffeeshop :-)

Had some Chiesel from here last weekend. Smell was amazin, taste didn't live up to other BB strians I've tried but was still good.

Had the Grey Berry from here before. Again good smoke but nothing special.

Great shop for a pick up but far too small to stay in.

good one liquidSwords

this route for me is one of most beautiful views in amsterdam, seeing the canal and the boats from the sidestreet by Popeyes before reaching the little bridge by Siberie is enough to convince me that yes i really am back in amsterdam and boy does that view make me happy

i head towards this route when i first arrive in town by exiting right out of the train station, heading west with the bike racks to my left, over the pedestrian/cycle bridge and up the steps to the main road, over the many sets of lights to the little triangular area with benches, then up droogbak to the second turning on the left, dampkring2 is up on the corner to the left and the view is right in front of you, if you go into dampkring2 and get smoked and then come out, wow the view is right there drawing you in ... magic

I had a mystery strain that a friend bought from here and it was the strongest stone I've ever felt. It's like I never reached that ceiling, I just kept getting higher and higher. Wish I knew which strain it was!!

So Grey Area is meant to be targetted at US tourists, but how do they go about targeting them? Word of mouth or something? Because this US friend of mine knew the place by name and was REALLY keen on going there...
