Thanks for the pics.

The bud doesn't look that good to me. Only my opinion, It looks a bit too green and a generous covering of trichomes seems to be absent. Please don’t be offended, this is only my opinion.

Cheers,

ummmm that is quite an interesting comment jack.......can you elaborate some, cause that sounds like complete BS to me. Too green? WTF does that mean. And i see trichs all over that.

Looks like well grown ann cured herb to me. It obviously won't be winning the cup but you can't fault IMO.

Yup Yup. Although it may not be the most trichome covered bud in the history of mankind, I think they are plenty of crystals on the bud. Besides, you can only tell so much about a bud from a pic, smell and taste and the type of high you get can only be discerned from partaking. Anyways, looks good to me and ENJOY!

Tall Guy,

Thanks for your reply and not having to result to obscenities towards me, I half expected you to reply in the same tone as mazdog below. It is always good to see someone open to improvement. Maybe you could improve air circulation in and out of the grow room. Another excellent, but not often used technique, is to allow a drip feed of CO2 into the growroom. This has been shown to increase the amount of crystals on a plant and to boost plant growth. I do welcome the pics and was only giving MY opinion, enjoy your herb.

MazDog,

As for your reply:
If you look at the top of the picture you can see where the Bud has been cut from the stalk. There are no crystals underneath the leaf, even if you look at the close up shot you can’t see any. Crystals are also missing on other noticeable parts of the bud. Open your eyes (a comment to your avatar only). As Vaporizer said “you can only tell so much about a bud from a pic”.

Cheers,

Jack Markham.

Open your eyes, jack. His avatar is wearing pink shades with eyes open. As for all the tripe about how the buds aren't crystal laden, what's your point? Not all strains are equally covered by trichomes. In fact some strains are short on Trichs but still pack a nasty punch. But, you should know this if you are such a great grower. And the buds are too green? Again your ignorance shows. Each strain has a different cannabinoid profile AS WELL AS different GENETIC profile. This means that the colors are determined by genetic allelles not through environmental factors (though they have an effect, overall the genetic determines the trait and the environment modifies its expression). I think you a bit pretentious, but that is just my humble opinion. The man didn't even grow them himself, but indicated a friend did. The fact the man grew his own to begin with should be enough. This isn't ICMag or any of the other Grow forums. He wasn't trying to impress a bunch of other tools with nothing better to do but rag on each other because they used improper nutrient mixes or didn't use a CO2 feed. He was sharing his efforts with a predominantly non-growing group of people. Some good feedback is always accepted, but from your posts it is clear you were not here to give constructive feedback, but to make yourself look 'lite. Shrug. If you really feel like being a pretentious tool, I suggest you go correct growers on a growers board.

STYGIAN NO23,

You called me pretentious and a tool, but what does Lite mean??

I guess this is an American thing. I really wish you hadn't resulted to insults.

Cheers,

Jack Markham.
