Re: London Olympics
Im very sorry too say this...(first ill start whit what they said in 08) You havent seen what England going to do at the Opening ..it should be 100% better!! NOT! the opening got nothing on Beijing opening ceremonies in 2008 .. what i saw yesterday was the worst oppening since the 92 game!!< summer games!
a part i found very lame was the whole thing whit James bond and the queen could they do it any better then that? Yes they could of done it way better..but they decided to make it cheesy!! they could of done like in this video so wouldnt look that cheesy!
but no we never go to see James landing and saw queen come out of some door
Mr.bean was the best part of the show besides the torch...
look im not trying to the mean or nothing just look at how happy the quuen looked last night during the opening

and didnt they fuck up when Sir paul started playing hey jude ? cause on my side of the wrold it didnt sound good at firsr sounded like a record playing then him jumping in? i maybe wrong?
and too finish what iv got to say!! on the news here last night they was talking about London 2012 being the worst Olympics ever surpassing the Winter Olympics of Vancouver... (got video too prove it if needed)
Hope the games will be better then what i saw so fare!!

Fuck sake adamster stop being such a donkey. The queen is an old lady, she's probably tired, and after all the activity surrounding her jubilee during this year she may very well not be in full possesion of the facts of whats happening at that precise exact moment, but I'd trust her judgement over yours any day.
Step away from the keyboard boy, open the door and go for a walk you know it's good for you.
Hows the vertigo?

I throw shot put, discus, and hammer competitively so I'm looking forward to seeing those events. There's a canadian (dylan armstrong) that I've trained with before who's one of the favorites In the shot put.

Re: London Olympics
the queen maybe a queen but shes only human. ceremony was on pretty late and shes damn near 90 so you cant blame her for nodding off(you could probably nod off at a metalica concert at that age). i thought she was a good sport and showed some humor taking part in that skit. kudos to her she stepped up in my opinion.
thought lighting the torch was cool. didn't expect it to be on the floor of the stadium. paul mcartney looked pretty overcome with emotion. the commentators here said thats why he flubbed up a bit at the beginning.
your cool adamster and i enjoy chattin with ya, but to be fair bro kinda seems like your just trying to stir up drama among a forum that you know is 90% or so from the uk. just sayin. and come on lets be honest..this opening ceremony destroyed the one from vancouver in 2010. hell atleast their torch worked
not even the great one could save the opening in Vancouver(and seeing as vancouver is basically my back yard i shouldn't be saying this).
any Londoners on here explain to me what these "olympic ;anes" are. heard its pissing a lot of drivers off in london and you can get a £100 fine for driving in them.

Re: London Olympics
@ayawnster, boring same old round and round bullshit with you, my news is totally different to yours and the ceremony required a bit of understanding of British history and world history, of which you have none clearly, and you would not be sat on internet trolling if it wasn't for a brit, re-watch with a history book you might get it, a diddy country like Britain that had world domination for years and that is why you and many others hate Brits, simple like you Ye clown. Back to dreaming up news reports freak show and good multi posting, can't even get that right, feeling wobbly Mr vertigo, Pmsl vertigo you muppet, nearly as funny as the cock showing his cut hand in off topics, Pmsl vertigo wtf
Queen is old, way past her bed time and the jump took it out of her, but hey picking on old lasts is your thing then that's your fetish, weirdo.
Greatest ceremony, simple, full on history lesson on Britain, and a cracking Olympics so far, love sport me

and fucking hell loving the houses among the course fricken beautiful. love the thatched roofs. i love seattle and all but hell we just are all modern. love the old historical buildings in the uk. something i take for granted when i visit. i think the house my mom was born in is something like 300 years old. hard to wrap my head around that being from here.
