i moved to haarlem this august to study, but i didnt really like my study at all and quit school! now i have to pay for my apartment till the contract expires in july. i would be really reaaaaally grateful for any relevant information on finding a job in noord-holland, and i speak english and norwegian!!!

This one is too sad to pass up... 
So, you moved to Haarlem to study, two months later you quit, and now you need a job to pay the bills.
My advice, go back to school, you have so much more to learn.
First, never quit anything without having a backup.
Why anyone would quit a gig that's paying the bills without something standing by, and in today's economy? Not smart, go back to school.
Second, and this one is important, think about what you wrote...
... you quit school after two months
... you have no means to pay for your cost of living
... you come to a stoner forum looking for employment
Any potential employer would see you as a liability because your decision making skills are much to be desired.
Think about it some more...
... now go back to school.

We don't know if that's not what he might plan to do, somewhere else, once this is sorted out.
As for the immediate problem – would it be right to assume that the fact that you speak Norwegian means you're from Norway? If so, does your student visa, or whatever it is, allow you to work? Otherwise it might be tricky for a non-EU national to find anything legit.
