Been here a month and picked up a vofafone simcard, this is a good tip for travelers with unlocked phones - the sim card was 2e which the shop will cut to size if you need a micro sim. The sim itself comes with 950mb internet data valid for 1 month and bonus of 5e credit.... calls and txt are not the cheapest on this intro tarriff, but for the 950MB for 2euro during your trip in Amsterdam this really is great deal if you indend on using mobile data and much cheaper than international roaming charges.
Now for my question to the locals, i seem to spned a lot of time using mobile data on my phone when out and a about and i have decided vodafone prepaid tarrifs just don't offer the data i need and prices for their web packages are not that great. Been looking into t mobile and i think they offer better internet browsing deals? can anyone comment? or can anyone give any advice on a network provider who offers a good tariff for maybe 60mins calls to same network, 200 or so sms and maybe 1gb mobile data per month.

They must find it difficult, those who have taken authority as truth, rather than truth as authority

I don't bundle all that, just you t mobile for prepaid ipad. T mobiles coverage for data is mediocre at bet.elasticband wrote:Been here a month and picked up a vofafone simcard, this is a good tip for travelers with unlocked phones - the sim card was 2e which the shop will cut to size if you need a micro sim. If you leave prepaid, you need to go with a contract, min one year so make sure that works for you.
FYI, for voice I use lebara, and they are starting to have decent data deals.
