FM was as chill as ever during the cup...one of the best interiors for a shop in the centrum, perfectfor laying back or playing a game of pool. Girlscout cookies rocked and thr service was top notch as always. Highly recommended and will always be a must visit in the future.

Walk in and buy 1 gram hash and one gram weed 3 people.. First of our party come in the door and was questioned and re questioned if they had made a purchase.. The attitude was far from inviting or friendly! I was very disappointed and already stoned so I cant judge the weed, I just know it was expensive and when asked by both parties to purchase 1 gram, the bud tender had to question once again, "did you say 2 grams? No One "Astieubleif'.."

This was not someplace I will ever return to.. Sad as I work close by so I guess 1EHulp will be my work local as it has been..

Besides the obvious differences, one that is the same - they both are businesses, and in order to stay in business, they need to sell their goods and/or services.
...and the old saying "well, I'm only one stoner" bullshit is just that, stoner bullshit. 1 + 1 + 1... begins to add up, just like 1 disrespectful customer + 1 + 1 also adds up.
That last bid goes to the never ending complaint that some have about not-so-hospitable coffee shop staff. Dealing with assholes, regardless if they are sober, drunk, or high, is still having to deal with assholes... and with weed, they seem to be a bit more pretentious, as in PFtard.

The next time you visit a coffee shop, either buy some gear or leave. Too easy, right?

Oh no I was never rude, I was simply asked what I wanted, told the lady two teas she asked what I wanted to smoke, I said just the tea thanks and she said no. I tell her no worries, thanks anyway, and go about my ways.

It makes sense that a coffeeshop would want to sell you cannabis but every other one that I visited were fine with people just buying a few rounds of drinks. I visited Voyagers, for example, on my last day and only wanted to finish off part of my stash that I had accumulated throughout the trip. I had two spliffs and bought two drinks. I then also bought two sweaters for €20 each. Had they refused me entry because I wasn't buying their weed then they would miss out on me spending a fair amount of money in there.

Anyway my complaint is probably bought more about from other coffeeshops being so awesome, I think that you absolutely should be spending money in an establishment if you are sat at a table though I tend to keep the drinks flowing, rather than buy a fresh gram every half an hour.

I have to say I disagree with you Uncle Ron. If your spending money on drinks and snacks then you are supporting their business. In fact, the case could be argued that letting you smoke your own in the shop could increase business as more people may stop in for a drink if they allow this practice. As you said they need to sell their goods and services to survive as a business so turning any paying patron away because they refuse to buy weed there even if they are going to spend money on drinks is a very, very poor business model. As for the comment about treating it as a club house or hang out shouldn't be an issue as long as your spending money

People are more likely to want to go into a shop that looks busy (mob mentality) therefore an increase in numbers through the door will increase the sales opportunities of all the services the shop offers. Allowing people to smoke their own will lead to customer retention and they will probably buy on their next visit. The best advertising is word of mouth and people are more likely to recommend the shop to their friends and on message boards such as this one, again increasing the amount of people through the door who are more than likely going to buy a drink and a gram leading to an increase in turnover. Steady turnover, free advertising and a good reputation leads to a sustainable business which will be there over elongated periods of time due to customer retention and growth.

I never stayed in the coffee shop but i went there once and bought 5 gr of the best cali connec prod out there loving it!!!
