Kashmir Lounge
I went here twice. They had such a great atmosphere. The first time, it was very hard to find by foot, partly because we were so stoned that night!

k. this maybe an unfair review cause it was my first time in dam, and it was the first place i headed to and it took a massive 30 hours delay to get there thanx easy jet! went in ordered a beer went round the back and bought a gram of bio skunk (bar staff & dealer very friendly) but the whole place sort of spun me out. finished my joint. 10 mins after i just had to get out of there! when the fresh air hit me i was like.. thank fuck im out of there! not a good sign. as i said, could be tiredness and a mix of being the first coffee shop ive ever been to or the ol skunk playing tricks on me. the bio did hit me! what can i say... if its your first time in amsterdam try a couple of other shops first..eg homegrown fantasy.. if you got to dam alot and have never been there, give it a shot!!!! i will go back...daytime i think!
barstaff and dealer friendly 9/10
weed (only tried 1) 8/10
cheers

hi.. no unfortunatly just had the bio skunk and did one.. it was mad. there was a bloke sat in front of me on his own....wasted... looked like harry potter! everytime i looked up he had a different expression on his face. i looked up and he was grinning at the carpet, i didnt know what to do i was getting the giggles and didnt know what to do! as i said, it could be a mix of things, i would defo recommend it over alot of places i saw... (walking past)... it came 3rd out of the 5 i went to!

This has to be the comfiest coffeeshop I've found. We went there after a sunny day in Vondelpark, and it was the perfect place to chill out before heading back into town. Its quite big inside, double-fronted, and has plenty of different seating areas, with an eastern theme. We stayed for a little while, so managed to get the place by the window on the right, its just a load of big cushions on the floor - you can get very horizontal here.
The budtender was helpful and his menu was pretty hash-heavy as you might imagine, I got some Nepalese that stood up well against Stix's, and my friend splashed out on some lovely Manali Cream. I think it was 17.50 a gram, pricey but if you're going to treat yourself... We didn't buy any green there, but they had a good 5 or so on offer.
I totally reccommend this place - its a bit further out, but if the weather is OK its perfect to visit with the park, and even if its not, you could spend ages here in some comfy surroundings.

This is a lovely coffeeshop, dark and womb like inside, with super comfy seats and lounging areas and an eastern theme. The music is mellow, no charts or commercial tunes. The hash menu is very good, bought some Nepalese hash there - but ended up giving it all to my Boyfriends Mum 'cos that's what she smoked when she was our age....
Hot chocolates are big and yummy, and fairly priced.
I recommend this shop to all (except those that can't handle their weed/hash) this is a connoisseur's shop - so no, I recommend this coffeeshop to all connoisseurs!
MENU - 9/10
BUDTENDER 10/10

Lounge lizards
Gotta agree with MsLed, good menu, good bud and excellent Hasj. I must admit that to the usual grass smoker the Lounge can be just a tad intimidating, however if you just take your time and go with it you'll find that it all comes clear. This is the way you'll get stoned in Afganistan - I call it wiped out, still good though. As always their Hasj and Grass is of an excellent quality. The last time I was there they had some excellent afghan as well as a good nep, recomend this place highly, however I am biased towards some laid back times with good sounds. That's just me tho'.
Usually I only smoke a neat pipe and wanted to try a chillum, so I used some grass that they had (it was the cheapest, still good tho') to make a mix with some Nep. The next few hours were pretty fun fuelled as I got lost at one point, and that was inside the Lounge.
Bom Shiva.
