+2 from us. This is a really odd move. They could have just closed the smoking lounge like several other coffeeshops.Ghost wrote: Sun 15th Mar 2020 12:32 pmYeah me to +1Sanchez_ wrote: Sun 15th Mar 2020 09:43 amYeah kind of agree with you here on this! Like this measure isn't preventing or minimising the spread/harm. It just saying purchasers only rather than admitting entry for consumption. Bit of a greedy move indeedNootram wrote: Sun 15th Mar 2020 09:17 am Not sure how I feel about this but I almost want to call this a dick move. They should've just closed the restaurant instead of this "buy our weed or gtfo".
I get where they're coming from but it still feels not right. I don't really plane to visit a CS anyways as I'm a bit sick![]()

Re: Kronkel, Nijmegen
Usually that coffeeshop is not really on my list for good weed/hash while it´s a really nice place to have a smoke with friends. They often offer live music and the place itself is very "gezellig". In the past I had 2 or 3 times hash from here which wasn´t nice so I stopped getting hash/weed from here. I remember getting some hash from them years ago that they sold as Ice O Lator which was really rubbish! One year ago I tried their Tangie Static hash which looked nice at first but it was ultra sticky and it didn't seem 100% clean to me but thats the case with many newschool hashes in that area of the netherlands. Well I didn´t tested the hash in the lab or something like that but I often noticed that the hash that I get for example in well known coffeeshops in Amsterdam taste cleaner and feels better on the throat than many super sticky newschool hashes that been sold in coffeeshops near to the border. Don´t get me wrong I also got good newschool hash there to but the chance is much higher to get some rubbish.
But now Arnhem and Nijmegen are also part of the "legal wietexperiment" and so at least weed is much more interesting here now. A good thing is that even most of the bad coffeeshops sell legal weed now and so places I usually skipped on my trips are getting much more interesting.
There are currently three producers of legal weed: Canadelaar (produces mostly outdoor weed made in glasshouses), Fyta (produces indoor), Aardachtig (produces indoor and is as far as I know connected with Karel from Bio Tabs).
I heard many good things about the quality of Aardachtig and Fyta... the products of Canadelaar are usually much cheaper because grown without lamps but lately I heard many not so good things about quality. Personaly I tried some hash from them in Tilburg some months ago which wasn´t really spectacular. Well not bad but pretty weak in strength and taste.
This trip I wanted to try at least one weed from Aardachtig and Fyta. I did a bit of research on the web before and heard some good things about the current batch of "Sour Blast" from Fyta and "RS 11" from Aardachtig.
At Coffeeshop Kronkel I tried some:
Sour Blast weed (12€/g Fyta) - Its been sold in sealed 1 gram baggys with THC and CBD Content on it and a information when it was harvested and so on... Furthermore there is a QR Code for more detailed information on the test result. This Sour Blast was labeled with 25% THC and less than 1% CBD.
I opened the bag and I noticed immediately that sour smell I didn´t smelled since years
smelled really like East Coast Sour Diesel or Sour Power
exactly what I was hoping for
Nice look of the buds pretty sticky and fresh. Smell transferred pretty good to the taste... smooth to smoke and soft on the throat. Well I smoked to much stuff before to give a good opinion on the effect but it gave me a happy energetic high.
Like I said before I was really happy with that Sour Blast exactly what I was looking for and what I couldn´t find on the "regular" coffeeshop market anymore.
At coffeeshop Kruidentuin I tried the "RS11" from Aardachtig. Review will follow.
