Can't you get seeds from some local seed companies? some of the spanish genetics I've seen look stunning.

since u have the BEST weather for growing i suggest any outdoor variety! depending on what u wanna spend, i would do a try bore u buy aproach, what ever u like the tatse of while there, get seed to grow!
