You can use the google translate page to translate the dutch websites if you want to find out more.
Ive been in town over the 3rd and 4th most years, and heard about museum naacht last year whilst planning. It appears to be a night when all the major museums stay open late and lay on some drinks and entertainment aswell.
Now dont think im some phillistine but it doesnt sound like something that could beat a normal night on the tiles in the city centre. Im in town over the 3rd again, but ill be sticking to voyagers, nes cafe etc
Am i missing out though?

Yeah when I was in a'dam a few years ago a resident said it was a really good thing to go too if you're in town and so I thought i'd look into it. I know as much as it's museums putting events on but that's it - just wondering mainly if anybody here has had any experience of it so I know if it's worth while?

If you're into museums in general, it's nice. You get a pass valid for nearly all museums in the centrum for a good price (~15€, last time I checked). If you're planning on visiting 2+ museums, then museumn8 is the date of choice. Some museums offer special tours or other events, but that changes yearly, so ask GoogleWilf wrote:just wondering mainly if anybody here has had any experience of it so I know if it's worth while?
