Post by Badfrog »

I was just needing some advice.I will be in Amsterdam the first week in December and I am only going to be able to get to Haarlem for a single day trip, and was wondering if a Sunday or Monday would be better for this.Thanks.

not sure what you mean by 'better' but i did go on a Sunday and 75%+ of the stores in town were closed. The handful of CS's i went to were open but the 'normal' stores were mostly closed and not many people at all were out and about. A great way to enjoy the sights if you ask me.......

Just over 6 euro round trip from CS. 6.20 or 6.30, I think.

DEFINITELY go, you won't be disappointed.
