Smokerfriendly Restaurant in Molukkenstraat?

So i just stumbled across a review for Best Friends in Ooost in the same street as the Stud. The reviewer says the budtender recommended a restaurant in the same street where he could smoke. Any idea which restaurant this is? Already checked google maps, but as usual in the Netherlands, there are restaurants everywhere
